Why did I receive two tracking numbers for the same shipment?Updated 6 months ago

If your shipping confirmation email contains more than one tracking number, we are likely sending your order in more than one package. 

Because the carrier is responsible for all shipping procedures after the package leaves our warehouse, Eight Ounce Coffee cannot guarantee that orders shipped in multiple packages will arrive at the same time.

Our warehouse team may feel it is beneficial to dispatch your order in two units because: 

• Your entire order contains too many products to securely assemble in one box. 
• Your order contains something fragile which needs special packaging
