My order is missing or delivered to the wrong address – what should I do?Updated 6 months ago

If your order is missing in transit or has been delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to our customer experience team as soon as possible through emailing [email protected] with the following: 

  • Your order number (this can be located in both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails) 
  • A delivery image provided by the courier (if available)
  • A brief explanation of the situation (i.e., my package was marked as delivered but I do not have it)

Once we verify your order number and identify a shipping discrepancy, we will be happy to help you submit a claim with the shipping company responsible for handling your order. Please note that claims typically take 7-10 business days to process.
