30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not totally happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, even if it’s been opened and used.

12-Month Return Window: If a product has not been opened or used, you can return it within 12 months from when it arrived to you or when you purchased in-store. 

Gift returns: Eight Ounce Coffee accepts gift returns provided with a proof of purchase. Refunds on gift returns can be authorized to the original method of payment or to an Eight Ounce Coffee gift card.

Please note that Eight Ounce Coffee will not accept returns for perishable items, including coffee, tea, plant-based milks, and syrups. 

We appreciate you sending back as much of the original packaging as possible. Please ensure that items are well-packaged for their return journey as we cannot refund items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Please ensure that all return items are clean and free of debris before repackaging.
