How do I start a return?Updated 5 months ago

Starting a return with Eight Ounce Coffee is easy! Before you begin, be sure to carefully read the FAQ page outlining our return policy

  • Start the return: Navigate to the self-serve return portal and input your order # and corresponding email address. Please note that the self-serve return portal is only eligible for use by Eight Ounce retail customers in Canada 

  • Authorization: Please wait 1-2 business days for a member of our customer experience team to review your return request, after which you will be issued a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
     
  • Pack it up: Please securely pack your return item(s) so they survive the journey back to us and include your RMA number on the outside of the box. 

  • Send it back: ship the return item(s) to the address provided by Eight Ounce Coffee. Pre-paid labels are only made available for items with manufacturers' defects and items damaged/lost in shipping. 

  • Get your refund/replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund/replacement.
