Can I change my shipping/billing address?Updated 6 months ago

Yes! 

While logged into your user account, navigate to your profile, select "account details" to the right of the menu, and select "view addresses". From here, you can view and manage all delivery addresses! 

If you catch that your billing and/or shipping address is incorrect after placing an order, please reach out to our customer experience team immediately by emailing [email protected] and we will do our best to cancel your shipment before it dispatches from our warehouse. 

If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect after your order has shipped or been marked as delivered, please see the FAQ page for lost or incorrect deliveries
