Can I add or remove an item from my order after it has been placed?Updated 7 months ago

Due to the rate at which orders are processed and assembled by our warehouse team, there is no window during which you will be able to edit a retail order after it is placed.

However, it is our priority to make sure our customers love everything they purchase from us! So, if you discover that you've forgotten to add an item, changed your mind on something, or simply ordered the wrong size, we encourage you to contact our customer experience team by emailing [email protected] or calling 403-457-9844 – we will be happy to help you sort things out! 

If you are able to reach out to us within 12 hours of when you've placed your, we may be able to help you cancel it and issue a refund. 

If your package has been shipped from our warehouse, we encourage you to receive it and start a return here, or by emailing [email protected] for instructions on creating a return label. 

Please note that returns that are not based on product/manufacturer defects will have the costs of the return label deducted from the overall refund. 

Once your package arrives back at our warehouse, it will be inspected for damages. Afterwards, your refund (minus the return label shipping costs, if applicable) will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Regardless of whether we were able to cancel your order in time or if you shipped it back to us, you can always create a new order (with the correct products) at your earliest convenience.
