When will my order be ready for pick up?Updated 6 months ago

You will receive a confirmation email when your package is ready for pick-up! Orders placed before 12:00pm will be eligible for same day pick-up, while all other orders will be eligible for pick-up the following day. 

Our showroom is open 7 days a week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that these hours may be affected by holidays.

All orders ready for pick-up will be held for 10 days before being restocked and refunded to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take 2-3 business days to process. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
