Although we have a thorough three-step auditing process before any order leaves our warehouse, we understand that mistakes can still happen.

To resolve an incorrect or missing item quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Photograph the Incorrect Item: take clear pictures of the wrong item you received, along with the packing slip included in the package. This will help us identify the issue more efficiently.

2. Contact Us: reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 403-457-9844. We will arrange for a return of the incorrect item. 

3. Receive Your Correct Order: we will send out the correct item or order as soon as possible.

While we may not be able to guarantee an exact replacement due to rare but possible stock issues, we will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
