My order has errors, was damaged in transit, and/or is defective - what should I do?Updated 7 months ago
In the event that you receive your package from us and find that one or more products are broken or defective, here are the steps you can take to help us rectify the issue as soon as possible:
- Take several photos of the mistake/defect and do NOT discard (yet) – a photo or video is required for the warranty claim.
- Send an email containing the pictures/video, a proof of purchase, and a brief description to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving an incorrect order, or as soon as you can after a defect arises.
- Take the next steps – depending on your situation, we may either ask you to return the defective unit or discard it. Do not worry – you will be given step-by-step instructions on the returns process.
Your refund/replacement will be issued immediately after our warehouse receives and inspects the unit (if returning) and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
