How long will my pickup order be held?Updated 5 months ago
Your pickup order will stay on the shelf for a maximum of 10 days after we send you the confirmation email that it is ready.
You will receive two subsequent reminder emails if you do not pickup your order after the first notice. After 10 days, your order will be cancelled and restocked.
If your order contains perishables such as coffee, tea, or milk, please note that these are final sale and we are unable to issue a refund if you do not claim your order during the pickup window. All other products will be refunded.
