To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Experience team by emailing [email protected] or calling 403-457-9844 as soon as possible after deciding that you would like to cancel your order.

If we catch your request before the shipment has dispatched from our warehouse, we can save you the costs and hassle of returning it.

Please note that orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched/shipped. If your order has already been dispatched/shipped, please refer to our returns policy for further instructions.
