Our dedicated repair team is happy to help with select products to ensure they operate at their best. Whether you need to fine-tune your Baratza grinder or restore your Acaia scale, we're here to assist.
Service Hours:
We accept repair drop-offs and mail deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (MST). To arrange a repair or ask a repair question, please contact us at (403) 457-9844 or email us at repairs@eightouncecoffee.ca. We will respond promptly with detailed instructions.
