A product I'm looking for is out of stock – when will it be back?Updated 6 months ago

We are proud to offer a wide selection of barista-approved, high-quality coffee equipment with a catalogue of over 3,000 products. We work hard to keep up with high demand; unfortunately, various factors including supply chain disruptments, shipping delays, and limited workforces will occasionally cause a product to be labelled as "out of stock". 

If an item you are looking for is out of stock, it is recommended that you sign up for a stock alert by selecting the "click to get an email when this becomes available" button on the product page (where you would typically select "add to cart"). As soon as this item is processed into our warehouse and becomes available online, an email will be sent to your inbox – be sure to regularly check your spam or promotions folder! 

Please note that we receive shipments from all over the world and are only able to provide general ETAs of when products will arrive to our Calgary warehouse.
