Warranty Information

Eight Ounce Coffee

We offer a limited warranty on a selection of products that we carry. To receive warranty support on your purchase through Eight Ounce Coffee, you must provide proof of purchase with an order number (ie. RT_12345). This information can be referenced via your packing slip along with your confirmation email. If an item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, the same limited warranty applies.

What is eligible for warranty?

The warranty covers any mechanical or electrical components from defect or failure under normal use.

What is not eligible for warranty?

Warranty claims do not include:

Any defect arising from the misuse of the product. This includes but is not limited to negligence, lack of descaling, or failure to follow product instructions
Normal wear and tear (ie. scratches, dents and wearing out of replaceable parts)
Any glass or ceramic items or parts–outside of damage during transit or manufacturing error.

Individual Product Warranty Periods

2-year warranty for Lunar scales.
