Can I return or exchange coffee?Updated 7 months ago

As noted in Eight Ounce Coffee's return policy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for perishable items – such as coffee. 

If you discover a clear defect in your coffee (processing defects are often detected by earthy, potato-like odours), please reach out to us immediately by emailing [email protected]. If a clear defect can be identified, we can offer store credit for the coffee's total value minus shipping costs (if the order did not qualify for free shipping). 

Please note that defects do not include opinions or preferences based on the intended flavour of the coffee, or failure to identify the tasting notes provided by the roaster.
